Vista as the end??? No way...

I found an interesting article by John C. Dvorak at the PCMag website. It's entitled Is vista a Dead End?. He said that Vista might be the end OS of Microsoft because the software giant has no more ideas left. He even stated that if Apple loses ideass and so does Microsoft. Anyway, I also thought about it. Not that Vista being the end OS but what OS will Microsoft create next after Vista. Mr. Dvorak theorize that Microsoft could work on an OS that will fully utilize the multicore CPUs that we have now. That would be very interesting... hmmmmm...

I wonder, what would be the next OS after Vista. What will Microsoft have in store for us in the future...

I don't think vista will be the final OS for microsoft. I wouldn't be surprised if MSFT would be announcing a new OS a year or two from now. Sure, Vista might stay for a long time, XP was the main OS for 6 years...but still it wouldn't be the last. :D

i definitely agree. it would truly be surprising if MSFT would create an OS for maximizing the multicore cpus we have today and in the future..
